On the afternoon of May 17th, VietSeeds students participated in a training session on the topic “Growth Mindset” as part of the Pay it Forward program, accompanied by Mr. Huynh Anh Thuan - Operations Manager in Hue and also a long-time Mentor of VietSeeds.

Through the session, participants had the opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of what is called a growth mindset, which is the way to view challenges, failures, and one’s own limitations as opportunities for learning and growth. Not only did Mr. Thuan help students enrich their theoretical knowledge, he also brought many practical examples and relatable stories to help them easily connect with their own experiences in study, work, and life.

In addition, the exchange activities during the class created an open environment for Seeds to reflect on themselves, learn how to overcome their fear of making mistakes, and boldly step out of their comfort zones. The practical perspectives and advice from the mentor also provided extra motivation for the students to persevere with their goals and be proactive on their personal development journey.

The training session concluded with sincere sharing about the journey of growth and how to overcome boundaries. VietSeeds would like to express deep gratitude to Mr. Thuan for a practical and inspiring session, and thanks to all the students who actively participated throughout the class. Hopefully, each Seed will cultivate confidence, further strengthen their motivation and courage, so as not to be afraid to try, not to fear failure, and thus continue to get back up and move forward.
