On Sunday, November 24th, VietSeeds successfully organized a training session on "Solving a Case Study" in Hanoi, with the participation of RISERS under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Quynh Anh - Co-founder of the Vietnam Health Policy Research Community, former CEO of RISE HCM, and also a familiar trainer of VietSeeds.

Through the training, with close and practical counsel and sharing from Ms. Quynh Anh, the students had the opportunity to better understand and build awareness of the importance of solving Case Studies. In addition, Ms. Quynh Anh conducted the RISERS to learn and practice the key principles when addressing a problem, including 7 main skills such as preparation, evaluation, collaboration, etc., as well as the use of the 5 Whys model - which helps eliminate external influencing factors to explore and delve into smaller issues and find the root cause. The RISERS also had their questions and concerns regarding teamwork addressed, which served not only for the Case Study solving process but also for their future studies and work.
 

Hopefully, the training session has helped participants gain more knowledge about problem-solving skills, better equipping themselves for the upcoming Case Study presentation.
