On April 11, 2024, the PersolKelly Vietnam company visit combined with a training session on the theme "Working with different styles of people" successfully took place in Hanoi with the participation of RISERs and F12 students. 

With the enthusiastic guidance of Ms. Hau - HR Specialist at PersolKelly, the students were able to visit the company's extremely open working space going by the "open-plan office" style, as well as being introduced to its organizational structure and functional areas. In addition, they also learned more about the recruitment profession, the skillset, opportunities and challenges in this industry thanks to the support of Ms. Ha - Training Academy Manager of the house. 

 The training session "Working with different styles of people" was also held under the direction of Ms. Truong Ngoc Dung - Head of Senior Recruitment Department at PersolKelly Hanoi - who is also a long-time mentor of VietSeeds within various programs of the organization. On the spot, the students had the chance to expand their knowledge of effective communication methods as well as 5 steps that can be applied in difficult conversations, therefore learning how to build more productive working relationships. Besides, they all went through the challenge of solving business situations in a lively discussion atmosphere until the last minutes of the training session. 

 With the support of Ms. Dung, Ms. Hau and Ms. Ha, along with the entire PersolKelly Vietnam team in Hanoi, hopefully VietSeeds students have gained meaningful experiences and enhanced more useful knowledge to meet requirements of their learning and working process in the future.
