On the morning of November 23rd, to kick off the Pay It Forward program for the new academic year 2024 - 2025, the F13 generation students in Hanoi had the opportunity to participate in a "Project Management" training led by Mr. Nghiem Xuan Hoang – a long-time mentor of VietSeeds.
 

Throughout the training, Mr. Hoang shared detailed insights about the workflow process as well as methods and tools that support project management in an optimal and effective manner. The students were also very proactive in the Q&A session later about situations or obstacles they might encounter, gaining valuable lessons and experiences.
 

In order to conclude the forum, at the end of the program, Mr. Hoang provided an opportunity for the students to practice planning a mini project by groups. Although the activity took place during a very short time, the Seeds demonstrated their agility in applying knowledge to practice. The groups presented their proposals in turn, received fair and practical feedback along with comments from Mr. Hoang.
 

We hope that the training session has helped the students gain more knowledge about project management skills, which they can successfully apply in upcoming projects. VietSeeds would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hoang for the practical and valuable lessons he has provided to the students.
