On Saturday afternoon, March 22, the F14 generation in Hanoi participated in a training session on "Teamwork Skills" under the guidance of Ms. Ngoc Anh – an experienced mentor who has accompanied VietSeeds for many years.
 

The training took place in a lively atmosphere, starting with a group activity exploring the Bach Thao Park. This was not only an opportunity for them to enjoy the beauty of nature, but also to foster team spirit from the very beginning.
 

Following the program, the groups participated in a challenge to plan a travel itinerary for the Year-End event. The discussion continued on enthusiastically as members assigned tasks, built detailed schedules, and demonstrated their ideas. After the presentations, Ms. Anh provided practical feedback and suggestions, helping participants recognize their strengths as well as flaws to be improved when working in a team.
 

The session concluded with a Q&A, where participants actively asked questions about common difficulties in teamwork and were guided on effective problem-solving methods. In particular, Ms. Anh introduced the TEAM formula – consisting of Target - Engagement - Action plan - Management – as a guideline to optimize these skills.
