On the morning of March 9, 2025, the F13 students in Hanoi participated in a training session under the theme "Teamwork Skills" among a lively atmosphere, led by Ms. Ha Thanh Thu - a mentor who has been closely associated with VietSeeds for many years.
 

Throughout the session, Ms. Thu helped the students recognise and overcome potential difficulties they might encounter during group work, and how to build an effective team by setting common goals and rules. Moreover, she shared the five levels when building relationships: Knowing → Getting Familiar → Liking → Trusting → Being Close, helping the participants understand how to naturally and sustainably develop relationships within the group, along with the support of the 3T model: Situation -> Impact -> Change.
 

As of now, the F13 Seeds have acquired the essential skills to work effectively and connect better in upcoming projects. VietSeeds would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Ha Thanh Thu for the valuable insights and knowledge she provided to the students.
