On April 5th, in a warm and connected atmosphere, students from F12 and F13 generations in Ho Chi Minh City participated in a meaningful journey to touch inner peace through the workshop " SEE Learning Fundamentals: Your First Step to Well-being " led by Ms. Hong Quyen.

At the beginning of the workshop, participants were introduced to three core concepts: peace - common humanity - the recovery zone. Peace is not only a feeling of happiness but also a state of harmony between the body, emotions, social relationships, and living environment. Common humanity helps each person realize that difficulties, emotions, or wounds are shared experiences of humanity, that they are not alone. The recovery zone is the "return point" of the body and mind after pressure, where stability and energy are regained to continue moving forward.

From that foundation, the session provided simple yet profound practical tools. The "Treasure of Resources" helps our Seeds preserve memories of events, people, or activities that bring joy and energy; while the "Kindness Picture" helps to look back and acknowledge the good things in life, creating a feeling of being connected and supported by the kindness around. In addition, the experience from the "Emotion Station" provides them with access and recognition of their own state, thereby practicing how to pay attention to and appreciate positive resources every day.

VietSeeds would like to express deep gratitude to Ms. Quyen for her insightful, approachable, and practical sharing, and also many thanks to all the students who actively, openly, and willingly participated in self-exploration. Closing the workshop, reflections and inspiration continue to spread, reminding that the journey of nurturing peace of mind is not something distant, but begins with listening to oneself, appreciating acts of kindness, and persistently nurturing small resources every day.
