On May 10th, RISERs in the Southern region participated in the workshop “Sustainable and Safe Cosmetic Consumption Mindset” led by Ms. Bich Giang - a VietSeeds Alumni, as well as a Skincare and R&D Cosmetic Expert, Operations Manager at Bevita Spa. 

The question here is: in the constant flow of beauty trends, have we truly understood what we use daily on our skin? Through the sharing session, answers gradually emerged as participants had the opportunity to learn more about cosmetic ingredients, how to choose and use products suitable for their skin, and to gain deeper insights into consumer mindset in the beauty industry. Therefore, they realized that skincare is not simply about following trends, but also a process of listening to their bodies and making safer, more suitable, and sustainable choices for themselves. 

In addition to specialized knowledge, the session also brought many intimate moments through the Q&A between the guest speaker and the students. Moreover, Ms. Giang also prepared meaningful skincare gifts as an encouragement for the serious learning spirit of all participants. 

The workshop concluded with many fresh perspectives on practicing beauty in a more scientific and responsible way. VietSeeds would like to express deep appreciation to Ms. Bich Giang for her practical and relatable sharing, thanks to all RISERs for actively participating, listening, and engaging enthusiastically throughout the event. Hopefully, after this session, each of them will enhance their knowledge and learn how to make suitable choices to take care of themselves more effectively and sustainably every day.
