On the morning of March 15th, as part of the RISE 2026 program, the F13 generation students in Ho Chi Minh City participated in a lively and meaningful training session on the topic "Working with Different styles of People", led by Mr. Thai - Former Development and Training Manager of Hoan My Medical Group, a dedicated trainer with many years of experience and training in his field.

During the training session, the RISERs were introduced to a popular work style classification model, through which they gained a better understanding of the differences in thinking, communication, and decision-making styles of each individual. Based on personal characteristics, they were divided into four main style groups: Driver/Dominance - decisive individuals focused on results and ready to act quickly; Expressive/Influence - passionate, optimistic persons with good communication skills and the ability to influence; Amiable/Steadiness - patient, cooperative human beings who value stability in relationships; and Analytical/Conscientiousness - people who emphasize logic, detail, and accuracy in their work.

Through interactive activities and group discussions, participants not only have the opportunity to explore their own working styles more clearly but also master how to collaborate effectively with other members. In addition, Mr. Thai also shared many practical perspectives on the workplace environment as well as career fields suitable for each personal style, providing students with practical orientation for their upcoming study and work journey.

The training session took place in an open and highly interactive atmosphere. Mr. Thai’s enthusiasm combined with the proactive learning spirit of the Seeds created a positive learning space where everyone could share, ask questions, and draw lessons for themselves.
