On the morning of Sunday, December 1st, in Ho Chi Minh City, VietSeeds successfully organized a training session with the theme “Solving a Case Study" as part of RISE 2025. The event was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - CEO of Rise HCM and also Coach of Marketing department, also with the participation from RISERs in the southern region.

During the training, students were supported in addressing questions related to solving a Case Study, learning how to build practical yet creative strategies. Notable elements from the training included : 

• Analyzing and understanding the important factors when solving a Case Study.
• Guiding how to evaluate the requirements of each department to propose suitable solutions.
• Applying logical thinking models and innovative methods to solve problems.

At the same time, Ms. Ha also created scenarios and established a list of questions for the RISERs, helping them improve their teamwork skills, learn how to enhance their critical thinking and how to effectively coordinate between departments.

Besides, the program welcomed Ms. My Phu - an alumna and also a former RISER of VietSeeds, who shared her experiences from her previous participation in RISE. Thus, the students were able to gain valuable lessons and tips for their upcoming RISE journey.
