On December 25th and 27th, the RISERs in Ho Chi Minh City participated in the Interview Session as part of the RISE 2026 program. The interviews were professionally organized by department, offering participants the opportunity to experience a professional selection process closely aligned with the actual working environment and the program’s long-term development orientation.

Accompanying the students was RISE’s team of experienced Coaches. Coach Huynh from the Sales department shared practical insights on business mindset and market development; Coach Ha from Marketing helped participants identify personal strengths and shape strategic thinking; Coach Trinh from Human Resources provided deep observations on attitude, demeanor, and suitability for the organizational environment; while Coach Khoa contributed in-depth evaluations of numerical thinking, financial management skills, and decision-making processes.

Each RISER had the chance to participate in the interview and receive direct feedback from the Interview Panel, helping them better understand their own capabilities, career orientation, and the skills needed for further development. Additionally, the departmental meetings created a space for connection, discussion, and clarification of roles and collaboration methods within each unit.

The Interview Session concluded with many emotions and valuable lessons, marking an important milestone for RISE 2026, while laying a solid foundation for the upcoming development journey of the RISERs alongside VietSeeds.
