In the middle of March, the RISERs in Ho Chi Minh City had the opportunity to visit and learn about the creative working environment at Shopee – one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the region.
 

They were guided to explore the Shopee office, featuring a modern, professional, and dynamic workspace. At the same time, representatives from Shopee's Human Resources department shared information about internship recruitment programs and the company's initiatives for developing young talent, in a flexible and inspiring work environment.
 

The event smoothly moved on with the Q&A session as VietSeeds students expressed their concerns about career orientation, application skills, and tips to enhance their resumes. The practical insights shared by industry professionals helped students gain a clearer perspective on the job market and future development opportunities.
