On the afternoon of March 22, the F15 generation students in Ho Chi Minh City participated in a training session under the theme “Teamwork Skill”, led by Ms. Thom - a mentor from VietSeeds.   

Through interactive activities and discussions, the Seeds had the opportunity to reflect on the true meaning of teamwork: not just working together, but a journey toward a common goal, leveraging each individual’s strengths, learning effective communication, and growing through differences.   

The session also helped participants better understand the factors that create an effective team, from defining goals, roles, and working principles - to understanding oneself, understanding others and situations. The DISC model especially offered an interesting perspective for students to learn how to recognize their own styles and behaviors as well as how to coordinate better with teammates.   

The training concluded with profound lessons on how to build a cohesive, proactive, and effective collective - important tools for each group not only to work better together but also to mature on their personal development journey. VietSeeds would like to thank Ms. Thom for her insightful and approachable sharing, as well as all the students who actively participated, contributing to an open learning space full of connections.
