On the afternoon of Sunday, December 21, the Seeds F14 in Ho Chi Minh City participated together in a Project Financial Management training session as part of the VietSeeds Pay It Forward program, led by Mr. Tran Dang Khoa - a long-time mentor and trainer of VietSeeds. The training provided students with foundational knowledge and practical perspectives on the key role of finance in project operations, especially for social projects and charitable activities.  

At the beginning of the program, participants were introduced to basic concepts related to project finance, including the role of financial management, the importance of transparency, and factors to consider when planning, monitoring, and controlling cash flow. Through relatable and practical examples, the session helped students better visualize how finance directly affects the sustainability and effectiveness of a project.  

The following discussion focused on analyzing real situations in charitable activities, particularly issues surrounding transparency in the use of financial resources. Through exchanges and sharing, the students had the opportunity to gain deeper insights into the responsibility, ethics, and caution necessary when managing finances for community projects.

The training session concluded with a lively Q&A, where the Seeds proactively asked questions and received detailed insights from Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, helping to reinforce knowledge and broaden perspectives for the journey of building and implementing projects in the near future.
