[HANOI] VIETSEEDS RISE - WORKING WITH DIFFERENT STYLES OF PEOPLE
Mar 28, 2026
Recently on March 28th, within the framework of the RISE 2026 event series, a training session on the topic “Working with Different Styles of People” took place in a lively atmosphere in Hanoi, offering many practical perspectives to help RISERs gain more confidence in their learning and career development journey. The session welcomed the companionship and guidance of Ms. Ngoc Dung - General Manager of Fluiconnecto Vietnam and a long-time mentor of VietSeeds.
At the beginning of the event, Ms. Dung introduced the Seeds to important toolkits for learning how to understand people. Not only stopping at self-recognition, participants were also guided on how to observe and analyze the style of others through familiar models such as DISC, MBTI, and Enneagram. Therefore, each person gradually understood that effective work comes not only from individual competence, but also from the ability to adapt to differences in personality and working styles.
The highlight of the session was the interactive activities and group discussions, where groups worked together to handle common real-life study cases encountered in learning and working environments. They were equally introduced to specific tools such as the “5 Simple Steps” and the “Formula for Effective Communication,” helping to remove barriers in dialogue and group coordination.
Besides, Ms. Dung also emphasized the importance of building relationships at work, while pointing out obstacles that can negatively affect effective collaboration, ranging from lack of transparency, misunderstandings in communication to personal biases.
The training session came to an end successfully with many sincere and inspiring shares from participants about what they had learned, as well as reflections on how each person is working and interacting with others.
VietSeeds sincerely appreciates Ms. Ngoc Dung for leading the session with profound, relatable, and highly practical insights. At the same time, thanks to all the students who participated with an open, proactive, and eager-to-learn spirit. Hopefully, the knowledge and experiences from the session will continue to accompany the Seeds on their journey of personal and professional development in the diverse environment ahead.
