On January 10, 2026, VietSeeds successfully held the training session "Solving Business Situation and Project Management Tools" in Hanoi as part of the RISE 2026 program, led by Ms. Truong Ngoc Dung - a business leader with over 16 years of experience managing projects for international companies in a multinational environment, specializing in Headhunting & HR Consulting for the Industrial/Technical sector.  

The training focused on helping participants correctly understand the nature of business situations - a problem requiring the ability to analyze, make reasonable assumptions, and make decisions under conditions of incomplete information. By shaping the mindset from the beginning, students gradually shifted from an academic approach to problem-solving thinking in business.

Throughout the lesson, students were introduced to the case-solving mindset, how to identify the core problem, and use analytical tools such as SWOT, SMART, Break-even, and RACI to support the decision-making process. In particular, grouping according to the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR departments helped the Seeds clearly understand the role of each department in building a feasible business plan.  

The training session concluded with a summary and critique, emphasizing the importance of interdepartmental coordination, clear assumptions, and logical thinking when solving business problems. VietSeeds expresses our deep appreciation to Ms. Ngoc Dung for delivering a very practical program, helping students strengthen a real-world foundation to approach and solve business situations more confidently and professionally.
