Around the end of the year in Hanoi, the Interview Session for RISERs in the Northern region took place on December 27th in a professional yet close and inspiring atmosphere, accompanied by three experienced coaches from the Finance, Marketing, and Sales departments. This is an important activity within the RISE 2026 program, helping students experience a professional interview process and reflect on their suitability for each role. 

In the direct interview sessions, the coaches not only assessed every knowledge and skills but also focused on exploring the thinking, the ability to respond to situations as well as the work attitude and responsibility spirit of each RISER. The private interview space helped participants confidently express themselves, while clearly feeling the reality and pressure of a real interview. 

The highlight of the Interview Session was the direct feedback after the interview. The candid yet sincere comments from the coaches helped participants better identify their strengths, as well as areas to continue improving in presentation, thinking, and working style. 

At the end of the program, all RISERs gathered by department to share their feelings and summarize the experiences and lessons learned from the event, finding their own development direction for the future. The Interview Session concluded with practical and inspiring advice, helping students become more confident, understand themselves better, and be ready to continue their journey of growth with VietSeeds.
