On the morning of December 14, VietSeeds successfully organized a training session on "Project Financial Management" for VietSeeds students participating in the Pay It Forward program in Hanoi. The event was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien, a long-time mentor of VietSeeds, and welcomed a special guest, Ms. Tran Thu Ha, who is in charge of Project Financial Management for VIETTEL - Mobifone clients at Ericsson Co., Ltd.

Through the training, the students gained a certain level of knowledge about project financial management and building appropriate funding sources, receiving support from the trainers to identify key issues and shortcomings in their projects.

Terms such as "capital rotation," "detailed incurred costs," and "unforeseen losses" were clearly mentioned, helping the Seeds easily establish specific directions and changes when implementing their projects. This can be considered as a solid stepping stone for the success of Pay It Forward this year.

VietSeeds would like to extend sincere gratitude to Ms. Hien and Ms. Ha for taking the time to accompany our Seeds during the recent session. Hopefully through this training, the students have understood the issues in their group's project, allowing them to collaboratively revise and develop for a more decent and successful project.
