On the afternoon of Sunday, December 21st, F14 VietSeeds students participated in a team working skill training session in a lively, enthusiastic atmosphere filled with laughter, led by Mr. Nam Pham - a mentor with over 10 years of experience in training and human development.  

Right from the start of the program, the warm-up activity and grouping by field of study quickly energized the atmosphere, helping everyone connect and awaken team spirit. Each group had a short discussion time to share perspectives on the 70-20-10 model, thereby gaining a clearer understanding of the role of learning from practical experience, from others, and from formal knowledge. This was followed by experiential activities such as the stick lifting game, which brought lots of laughter but also helped the Seeds draw important lessons about leadership and teamwork skills, specifically clear communication, coordinated collaboration, and the responsibilities of a leader.  

The atmosphere peaked with the Amazing Race activity, where groups had to complete a series of challenges within a time limit, thereby training their ability to optimize resources, time, and energy when working in teams. Additionally, the D.O.P.E personality test helped participants better understand themselves, their personal working styles, and how to collaborate effectively within a team.  

The training session concluded with a shared moment where the Seeds F14 together reflected on the valuable lessons they had received. VietSeeds would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Nam Pham for his practical guidance and inspiration given to the students.
