On the morning of July 8th, the RISE 2023 program in Hanoi had a successful Case Study 3 presentation. This was also the final case study after nearly 6 months of the VietSeeds RISE program taking place in Hanoi. The event was attended by CEOs, advisors, and 19 RISErs from different departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR & Admin.  

The Case Study 3 presentation brought fresh changes. In this final stage, instead of presenting strategic plans, the departments were given role-playing situations or were asked to execute demo plans for the VietSeeds Language Center.  

The program began with creative slogans from the Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing departments. With thought-provoking questions, scenarios, and the application of knowledge combined with personal experiences, the RISErs demonstrated clever and confident problem-solving skills. Under the guidance of CEO Ngoc Anh, the coaches, and the presence of Mami Cat Tuong, the participants gained different perspectives on problem-solving in the business context, which were valuable lessons for each student.  

The Case Study 3 concluded with valuable and practical lessons. The VietSeeds RISE program sincerely thanks the CEOs, department heads, and advisors for dedicating their precious weekend time to the students. It is hoped that the RISErs will continue to improve themselves and prepare carefully and professionally for the upcoming journey.
