On the afternoon of May 16, 2023, VietSeeds RISErs in Ho Chi Minh City had the opportunity to visit the office of NFQ, one of the leading technology companies in the world. As a fully-focused on IT company, NFQ was a new and memorable experience for the students.

During the visit, the students were given a chance to learn about the work of an IT professional, and they also learned more about the values that NFQ has been building together in recent years, with trust and transparency as their guiding principles. In addition, NFQ's HR team shared more about the cultural differences in a multinational work environment, as NFQ is currently present in three continents.

All of NFQ's sharing during the visit helped the students to have a brand new experience and to visualize what the work environment in their future would look like. VietSeeds would like to thank the NFQ Asia team at the Ho Chi Minh City office for their support and collaboration during the visit. We hope that we will have more chance to work with the NFQ team in terms of other meaningful activities in the future.
